We believe our role extends beyond providing legal services. We’re dedicated to empowering and educating others to navigate and reduce the impact of fraud.
We believe sharing our knowledge is essential. Fraud is the most prevalent crime in the UK, impacting both the economy and society but approximately 1% of the policing budget is used to tackle it. Below, you will find our events and speaking engagements, where we focus on raising awareness and sharing our litigation expertise to help prevent and respond to fraud.

Arun Chauhan from Tenet Law, Specialist Fraud & Litigation Lawyer and the BBC’s go-to commentator will cover looking at the risk of fraud to the legal sector and for firms in terms of their risk to loss to fraud. We will review current fraud landscape in the UK, the scale of fraud, the evolving nature of corporate liability which captures law firms, the SRA’s expectations of law firms, stories in the sector, considering why people break the rules, organisational and people controls and how to assess your own risk and build good practice.
