We believe our role extends beyond providing legal services. We’re dedicated to empowering and educating others to navigate and reduce the impact of fraud.
We believe sharing our knowledge is essential. Fraud is the most prevalent crime in the UK, impacting both the economy and society but approximately 1% of the policing budget is used to tackle it. Below, you will find our events and speaking engagements, where we focus on raising awareness and sharing our litigation expertise to help prevent and respond to fraud.

Arun Chauhan will be speaking on his experience of being a lawyer dealing with fraud investigations and disputes requires skills far wider than knowing the law. Through partnership with the University of Birmingham’s law school, the law firm Tenet have been operating a pro-bono scheme for victims of fraud. A key part of the process has been showing how dealing with fraud requires an understanding and learning of both legal and human skills to give confidence and support to those who need it most. This talk will look at a breakdown of skills Tenet look to instil in the law school students and how those students are being educated through fraud.
